This includes facilitating transactions, staying in line with Arizona Department of Health Services compliance, managing the cash flow, implementing the proper training/guidance for team members, and providing a welcoming, professional, and educational atmosphere for patients, customers, and employees.
The General Manager collaborates with the District Retail Manager and leadership team to develop, document, and implement practices, policies, and strategies that support a performance and results-driven culture.
We are looking for a results driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management.
A successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.
Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in financial planning, employee recruitment, or retail management.
Responsibilities Maintains highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion to all customers and employees Reviews all company standard operating procedures to ensure staff members properly understand company expectations.
Adhere to all cannabis state-specific regulations and laws, execute, and enforce compliance efforts Utilize management information tools and analyze financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in store performance Assist patients and customers with any escalated questions, requests, or concerns.
Maintain accurate inventory levels by implementing daily product audits.
Be sure each staff member is aware of proper scanning techniques while conducting a transaction.
This will assist with the avoidance of transaction errors.
Perform inventory audits, assessments of productivity, and of new merchandise in partnership with other departments Staying aware of any security concerns, and the overall safety of the dispensary, patients, customers, visitors, and employees.
Maintaining a good working relationship with the security team is extremely important to achieve this.
Be diligent when addressing any concern, do not let concerns go unnoticed.
Coordinate with the retail ops, procurement, and marketing team to understand the success of promotions, coupons, etc.
and to recommend future promotions and sales Develop staff to achieve their full potential Develop and lead daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings Integrate all policy changes and see through until it is shown that all staff members have properly implemented and understand any update or change to company policies.
Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reviews and provide suggestions for improvement to the District Manager Partners with the Human Resources Director in reviewing wages, writing appraisals, and disciplinary actions when required In conjunction with Human Resources, oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process to build a team to deliver legendary customer service and patient care Manage through challenging events to keep dispensary operating above standard Manage with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes culture, values, and the mission of our organization.
