Time will be split as needed between Draft Technician and Merchandiser duties.
In both types of duties, attention to detail is highly important.
Draft Tech duties:
Assures that suppliers' draft accounts receive efficient and regular draft cleaning service, and that the service is of a high degree, bearing in mind the requirements of suppliers.
Work Performed:
Adheres to account draft service schedule and assignments as directed by the Branch Manager/Draft Manager and maintains records accordingly.
Records appropriate information on services.
Completes draft records on new or lost accounts.
Sells new package placements wherever possible.
Knowledge of draft maintenance.
Assists suppliers' personnel as requested by Branch Manager/Draft Manager.
Submits daily record of activities per Company Daily Sales Report.
Merchandiser duties:
This position is responsible for product merchandising within large volume stores including freshness rotation, display set up and maintenance, cooler stocking/rotation, storage room organization and movement of product from storage to the sales floor.
Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with Legacy Beverage products in accounts assigned by supervisor Clean draft lines using the proper techniques and procedures Clean shelving, rotate products and price all packages Rotate and maintain a neat backroom where applicable Lift and/or carry at least 55 pounds frequently for 8-10 hours a day Push and/or pull 55-250 pounds frequently for 8-10 hours a day Ability to safely perform bending, twisting, kneeling, and squatting regularly Ability to safely perform frequent reaching over shoulder, at waist level, and from the floor.
Must also be able to frequently lift overhead.
Drive personal vehicle to each account for service with bi-weekly mileage reimbursement Retain a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, valid registration, and an acceptable 39 month MVR Utilize point of purchase in each account Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition Communicate sales results to store and Legacy Beverage Management Build customer relationships at store level Sign in and out with store manager Keep shelves clean and product rotated Various other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor Job Type:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
