PRN Shift as Needed:
4AM-12PM Monday-Friday rotating Saturdays 5AM-9AMCommunity Medical Services (CMS) is hiring a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse to work on an as-needed basis administering medication to patients recovering from addictions to opioids and other illicit substances.
In your role as a PRN Nurse, you'll work under the supervision of the Nursing Manager and the Director of Medical and Nursing Operations to conduct required testing, maintain the medication inventory, audit records, and assist medical providers in providing a safe place for anyone looking to start their recovery journey with us.

We're looking for someone who:
Prefers a part-time schedule.
Is excited to work in an outpatient setting, much like a doctor's office.
Likes to chat--you won't be physically moving patients in this role, but you will be having conversations with them throughout your shift.
Responsibilities:
To thrive in this role, you must be able to:
Administer medications as ordered/prescribed by a CMS medical providerMonitor behavioral patterns, medical symptoms, and physical symptoms related to dosage, as well as other symptoms related to drug use and mental health concernsObtain vital signs, blood specimens, and urine samplesProcess point-of-care urine drug screens per company policyPrepare take-home medication (n/a in Montana)Monitor medication administration closely to prevent diversionReport diversion to proper internal authoritiesMaintain accurate client records in company's EHR systemDocument medication errors and respond to adverse medical reactions per company policyArrange temporary incoming and outgoing courtesy dosing clientsDeliver medications to external facilitiesOrder necessary dosing room and nursing-related suppliesMaintain accurate medication inventory recordsAdhere to all federal, state, local, and accrediting body regulationsAdminister CPR if necessary
Qualifications:
Licensed LPN or RN in state of employmentCPR Certification RequiredFirst Aid Certification RequiredAbility to travel to assigned CMS sitesExperience in the field of substance use disorders preferred, but not requiredKnowledge of the signs of intoxication and opioid withdrawal symptomsDemonstrates accuracy in medication administration and ability to maintain accurate client records#NURSalary:
$40 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
